In a few words…
My name is Jeremie Mary, I'm Assistant Professor (Maître de Conférences) in the SequeL team (from LIFL - CNRS, UMR 8022) at the University of Lille. I'm also member of the SequeL INRIA project-team.
I achieved my PhD at the University of Orsay (Paris XI - France) in the I&A team under under the direction of Michèle Sebag and Antoine Cornuéjols.
My current research activities are related on :
- Data mining of sequential datas ;
- Clustering over time (groups of customers for an example) ;
- Game theory.

- Board member of AFIA (Association Française pour l'Intelligence Artificielle);
- Member of the European network of excellence PASCAL (Pattern Analysis, Statistical Modelling and Computational Learning) ;
- Co-Leader of the PASCAL Challenge "Pascal Theoretical Challenge. Type I and type II errors for multiple simultaneous hypothesis testing" ;
- Co-organiser of the Machine Learning Summer School (MLSS'08) ;
- Head of the Master Informatique et Document.
